Holy s**t! The StartSlewToTarget(0 function in AcquireScheduler does not use the local topo coordinates. I believe line 1750

SUP.StartSlewJ2000 OBS.Name, TargetRA, TargetDec            ' START THE SLEW

should be

SUP.StartSlewJ2000 OBS.Name, tra, tdec                      ' START THE SLEW
