See this Comm Center thread by Hsin-Fang Chiang. Support defocusing like it is in ACP. This will require many changes if done the "right" way. Maybe temporarily via a special phrase in one of the other fields like a couple of the other hacks. I am going to set the hours required to allow the changes to the database, browser, RTML components, and AcquireScheduler. Maybe it can be combined with some other features.
