Description 
The RTML Programmer's Reference in Scheduler help is the auto-generated one from the C# importer. What should be there is the doc for the COM object that can be used to construct RTML. The importer needs to be documented as to its hacks like the start/end time set to the same to force a fixed time submission etc.

OK, now the Scheduler Help folder will contain the RTML23.chm from XML_RTML. The DLL itself is in the application folder.

Forget the original intent of this. Now I am moving the damn thing into Scheduler where it belongs. The ACP 7.1 installer removes it if it is there. I will replace the Liquid-generated RTML doc with the programmer's doc for XML_RTML. This makes more sense!






Note Planner-892, which has its own RTML component to install if none already there.

  Install RTML23.chm for XML_RTML23 in the ACP Installation folder for ACP 7.0 only. This should also be part of ACP 1.7 and later.
