This is done for 3.7. I have translated Dick Berg's spreadsheet into Javascript and now the help page has a live spreadsheet built in to help visualize the effect of distance and width.






Next step is to put this improved help into the web ui, spreadsheet and all, and change the defaults to 90 and 6.

See this Comm Center post by Dick Berg. I have attached his spreadsheet here, as well as the image he posted. Include this stuff in the next documentation set!
