Description 
Provide a way for TheSKy on the iPad to transfer its target name/ra/dec/PA to any of the observing forms in the ACP web UI. This will be implemented as a flip-over panel in TheSky iOS. Righard Wright will make a call into the browser control with the 4 pieces of information, then I will change the Get Coordinates links in the forms to Get From TheSky, and when those are clicked, the info from TheSky is loaded into the forms.

REOPENED - Not completely implemented. 






It works when you select a place then when the ACP button creates a new browser. However if you use the Scope icon to create a new ACP UI with the usual Get from Catalog and Deep Sky form labels, then flip back, designate a target, then flip back to ACP, no "Selected Coordinates available from TheSky" appears, the links don't change to the Get Coordinates from TheSky, etc. Even opening new forms don't chow the changed links. 







I suspect the switchLink() function in DC3.TheSky plugin is failing,

  Much more work on iOS integration. Nothing in the release notes or help. This is an Easter Egg. It's pretty much working nicely now.

Much more work. Now loads sexagesimal for RA, Dec, the PA fields are width=5, the linkk for Get Coordinates switches to Get From TheSky and the Deep Sky Catalog link disappears, whether the tiddler is open or not.
