See this Comm Center thread by Joel Hatfield. There are several issues in there but the one I am posting is for the non-portability warning. It seemingly should not be there since he is uploading to the web, and there doesn't seem to be any way for the path to get there!! He also says it "just started happening" a couple of months ago.
