From Jeff Lewis at ASAE: do Cal Frames and Panel Flats as observing plans. Also allow them to be done in unsafe weather. Use monitor mode to allow then to be scheduled once every so many days instead of daily. These would be low priority and run in the morning if it was too busy during the night.
THis is sort of gold plating. The dawn panel flats is good enough, especially now that they can run in unsafe weather, and since the obs can close during periods of inactivity. I'm going to close this Posponed.
See this Comm Center thread by Paul Howard (a trial user?). This might be better approach. Note the option to schedule them by calendar. This makes a bit moe sense than treating them as Plans because they are not dependent on sidereal time etc.
Note that the desktop Schedule Browser already has a Dark Frames check box. This could be used to schedule Darks and Biases (which are 0 second darks after all). This checkbox is currently hidden.
Make this an option so the obs can be kept on standby for targets of opportunity (GRB).
