See this Comm Center post from Dean Salman. Provide a way for the defaults for newly created scheduler Projects to have the Contact email and Contact Organization default to something the user specifies. Make an item that sets these by writing a secret config form on the server end, then as the RTML is created, read the defaults from that config file.




Save the config file with the profile!!

Scheduler forms in ACP web UI: Copy the User/Observer's email and organization into any newly created Projects.

This info (Contact email and contact organization) could be simply taken from the Observer info (see the info that appears when you click one of the bars on the Schedule Browser. The name info already comes from the web. So this would simply be a matter of copying from the User/Observer to the Project.



Create a matching ticket for doing this in both the desktop and web schedule browsers when creating a new Project -- SCHEDULER-1318
