Description 
Work with Larry Van Vleet to produce a weather server that will read their roof status file and use that for safe/unsafe, while reading their Boltwood file for weather telemetry input.

  Oops! Left the debug flag on in the WSC. Reading the wind direction generates an error and the debugger appears if it is installed!!!
