Description 
See this Comm Center message from Sascha Schueller.The whole process of reacting to weather unsafe events, the recovery from same, the ACP-Weather script for Scheduler, the CloseSpecialRoof script, the OperatorIntervention command tool, etc. needs to be better documented.
