Description 
Before shipping ACP 8, PinPoint must understand the new format of ACP licenses, including the newly encoded ACP Expert licenses.

I lied -- I also changed the registration applet for the new format licenses, as well as the serial genertor, and also put the DateTime Picker into the registration applet.

Long ago I made it understand the V2 license format. All I need to do is add the ACP-Expert format (separate encoding).
