Description
See this Comm Center thread by Jerry Gunn. It looks like that "skip sync" logic also fails to jog-center the star.

This was difficult to figure out and easy to fix!

Here's a ticket from Howard Hedlund of Astro-Physics. He sees a variation of this. Though his scope syncs, it is skipped and the jog doesn't happen.
