[PINPOINT-1428]  Visual PinPoint Automatic Detection Failures on Bright Objects
Type Bug

Severity Minor
Component Visual PinPoint

Description
See this Comm Center thread by Tom How. His image set contains a very plain bright detection and it's not being found. After thinking it was just the acceptance testing, I dug deeper and found that the magnitudes for the stars are not available and this is causing internal errors that skip the stars, and worse, those are not logged at maximum tracing level.

This is an ancient problem that I promised to work on a year ago :-(

At a minimum, improve the reporting where no mag is available, and simply allow such a star to be subjected to the other tests.
