Description 
Per Frejvall pointed out that the date/time values in the Scheduler engine log are not sortable, so he cannot merge logs from several sources to get a total picture of the events. Change all logged lines to use ISO 8601 format.

Use ISO 8601 but without the "T" to make it easier to read. Still sorts.
