Description 
See this Comm Center thread by Lee Buck. He only images looking west (due to scheduler "prefer west"). Will require extreme testing.

Peter further notes that the wrong PA is getting written into the FITS field, but the flats are indeed going into the correct folders. This should be easier to fix :-)

This one popped up again as a bug! See this Comm Center thread by Stacy Mills (helped by Steve Reilly and Lee Buck, the original requester). Changed the priority to Medium and assigned it to myself
