Incorrect! AAVSO at least wants FITS in raw, and they are relying on the UserActionsRawWithFITS.wsc user action now. I attached this.

Now the customer wants to have the raw images plate solved, and with all of the other FITS stuff, like the final auto-calibrated images. This will require a significant rework of the logic.

Change made in commmon library AcquireSUpport, so only the docs needed to be changed (Relnotes).
