Description
Yves LaRoche and indirectly Andy Galasso report that PinPoint is not supplying image scale hints to A.N. If these are furnished by PinPoint it can significantly speed the solve time. Without the hint, A.N starts with the largest scale and works downward.

If the ArcsecPerPixel[Horiz|Vert] properties are set, and then SolveAllSky() is called, use the mean of the two scales as the "guess" and set 20% as the "tolerance" (which matches the tolerance of the internal solver). Otherwise, don't send the hints, alowing A.N to determine plate scale as well as the other things.
The BlindSolver app already supports the entire API from its command line.

Check-in comment The engine now passes plate scale hints to the all-sky solver. THis appears to speed up all-sky solutions dramatically. GEM:1536

Maybe add the OBJCTRA/OBJCTDEC as well? See this Comm Center message from Dick Berg.
