Description 
See this Comm Center thread by Robert Brewington and Albert vanDuin. Each have unusual panel command sets, but the common problem is the commans in AutoFlat.vbs that turns the light on to max brightness for lamp stabilization (and maybe the "off" value as well). The max and off values are hard wired in AutoFlat.vbs to 255 and 0. Maybe the panel has many more values, or max is 128 or ???






Add into AutoFlatConfig brightness values for light stabilization and off. Assume they are 255 and 0 if the user has an older AutoFlatConfig that is missing those lines.
