See this Comm Center thread by Paul Luckas. The help shows a trailing comma on Filter info. It should be harmless, and the help should be corrected!

  Remove trailing commas from FilterInfo.txt. Documentation which showed trailing commas was already corrected at some earlier time.

I guess I already fixed the help. Time to make the file parsing more robust.
