Description
See this Comm Center thread by Stacey Mills. A periodic AF was interrupted by weather unsafe, and instead of going to sleep the Scheduler immediately tried to start the observation. This resulted in a failure with a "log file in use" error. Need to check weather after the DoPeriodicAutoFocusIf() call and before starting the Observation.
