Testing uncovered several places for improvement. The delay parameter is now "advanced" in AutoFlatConfig. The log messages have been cleaned up and are now "pretty".

When possible, use short pause in tracking instead of a slew to dither between sky flats.

Overlap the track-off with the image download, if possible. This will make the logic quite a bit more complex. We have to honor the "Disable slew/overlap" options (grrrr) as well as the mounts that can't have tracking turned off.

Put the delay time into AutoFlatConfig.

This message has my change, and it was OK with the guys.
