Description 
At some distant point in the past I commented out the logic that prevents plans completed on previous nights from being included in the detail. This was presumably for a test covering multiple nights. Well the plotter doesn't handle this well anyway. Restore that filter!!

I just ran the Messier Marathon test and the RunDetail was perfect. So I don't know what to change, as it is working fine.

  Restore DumpAndLogSummary logic to exclude plans completed  in the past, and add exclusion for plans belonging to paused Projects.

Also filter plans that belong to Paused (disabled) projects. I forgot to do this when I added Project Pausing.
