Description 
Several reports say the FWHM is larger than measurements coming from other software. Review this, look for a scaling problem between the Gaussian fitted curve and FWHM.

It did look a bit larger than MaxIm's report. Reduced the scaling from 1.48 to 1.43 and it's tracking a bit better. It was already close.
