Description
Started in SCHEDULER-1660 but this is a bit more comprehensive. See what can be done to make the presentation a bit more modern looking, and also to prevent needing to refresh it.

Check-in comment More web schedule browser improvements, nice popups/alerts and styled buttons. Using SweetAlert for this. Also forgot to commit the version of JQuery that we're using now. GEM:1663
