Description 
Somewhere along the way, the validateform.js based form validation got badly broken. Looping alerts and it's possible to get the browser into a state where you cannot click in a form field at all. How did I miss this?






ALSO - While you're at it switch to the SweetAlert alert boxes as done in SCHEDULER-1663.
