Description 
See this Comm Center thread by Mike Dodd. Currently the post-flat dew avoidance slew is specifically skipped if AutoFlat is about to chain back to AcqureImages for continuation. What if the observing plan waits (like for darkness)? Do the dew-avoidance regardless. There will always be time after flats and before the first target.
