Description
See this Comm Center thread by George Silvis. The RTML max priority is 127. The scheduler web forms will let (e.g.) 999 be submitted. Change the validation to restrict the priority to 127 at the source.

The change was noted in the Scheduler's release notes, not part of the content commit.
