Description 
Provide all-sky plate solving. Instead of requiring the user to create a giant (10Gb) database, make this a REST webservice, and build the logic into PinPoint to ping the webservice for the solution.

  Checkpoint for V6. Added AllSkyUseImage (send image instead of XY file to A.N) and RemoveWCS(). Other fixes and tweaks. Visual PinPoint now supports UseImage also, and has been fixed for reliable error detection and reporting.

Prototype/standalone service is working now. Needs to be turned into a REST webservice, and the logic needs to be added to PinPoint to talk to it.
