Description

See this Comm Center thread by Steve Reilly. One of the problems was that he has the Scheduler set to auto-start the dispathcer (-d option on the shortcut icon). That is supposed to disable all of the tests except email. But the Operator Intervention test item remains enabled, yet selecting it does nothing.
