Description 
See this Comm Center thread by Peter Hanna. He had a profile with the "Ver" value having other then Major.Minor.Revision (3-part) form. The logic failed while trying to split the version. This can't be "fixed" at Restore time because by the time you see the bad version string the profile has already been written out , wiping out the stuff that was there before. So instead, check for a 3-part string when the profile is SAVED!!!
