Description
See this Pre-Release Comm Center thread by Niklas Storck (may be gone after V9 release). His 10 Micron driver, a local server, was fatally exiting. This was resulting in an unhandled VB error popup, and that rendered ACP useless. Since ACP already has logic to gracefully disconnect from the mount if other mount errors occur. make it possible for ACP to survive a complete loss of the exe driver.

Check-in comment Allow auto-disconnect mount even when the mount control program (exe driver) crashes. Also update the version of ACP.exe to 9.0.3 - Production GEM:1875
