Description

See this Comm Center post by Dick Berg (and the lead-up to it). Dick's web-based MPCCOMET updater needs changes for the new name of the data file and some epoch dates that cannot be converted into dates. Earlier in the thread I updated the public domain MPCCOMET tool for this.
