Description 
When first opening a Plan in the desktop Browser, the date time fields are invisible. Checking and unchecking the boxes makes them show up.

Solution found on CodeProject page for DateTime Slicker, in the comments at the  bottom. Additional fixes for keycode manipulations were applied.
