Description
This is sort of hard to explain, see this Comm Center thread, particularly the first post. It flipped going to this target, but it skipped the 180 deg rotation because the new PA was the same as (or really close to) the PA for the previous target.

Turned out to be a bug in AcquireImages::SafeSlewIf(). Only if the mount needed moving was the flip detected.
