Description 
The 3.1 beta installer registered the Database and RTML32 objects for COM with the wrong CODEPATH. On the notebook, it registered the objects directly from the development tree on \\BOB\D

Strange, nothing in the Deployment/Setup project settings that would do this. Bumped the setup version # and reinstalled on BLAZE.

Turned out to be a mess on BLAZE due to it's being used for development of Scheduler and having a bunch of DC3.RTML23.xxx entries for old versions. Also DC3.Scheduler.Database had codebase entries for 3.0.1.0 and 3.1.1.0 (the correct one). I will clean this up manually with regedit. 

This was not a real issue.
