See this Comm Center thread started by by Yves Laroche. The flip occurred going to the autofocus star, and no post-focus pointing update was done.

Closing as duplicate, the other one is tested and OK now.

Still open, looks like a mismatch between ACP's estimate of the mount pointing state and reality.
