Description 
For things like photometric standard star images, where the exposure interval is very short, allow the ImageSet to suppress plate solving of the image. This prevents time wasting trying to solve the image.

  ACP Plan Importer now puts #nosolve into the Description field if resulting ImageSet(s).

Add to the ACP Plan importer so that it will put the #nosolve into the ImageSet Description field. This is again a temporary workaround.

Simple expedient, put #nosolve into the Description. This is a temporary kludge post 3.2. Will leave this on the Triage list for a better solution in a future version.
