Description
If the cooler is off, the reported temperature coming from MaxIm is a huge number. This is already fixed in the web display, but needs fixing in the cooler shutdown logic of AcquireSupport. Also in several $TEMP substitution (10/27/14)

Reopened. Now this giagantic number is causing a  failure when the $TEMP token is substituted in custom file/folders. This will affect AcquireScheduler as well.

Just skip the shutdown logic if the cooler is already off.
