Description 
AutoFocusScheduler.vbs needs to turn tracking on before calling FocusMax.

Chris reports that the tracking problem is solved, but that he hasn't tested the other obscure situation. He says "close the ticket".

Actually there's more! If the scope is parked below the horizon, the AcquireStar AF fails because AcquireSupport.AutoFocus() is called with the current scope coordinates. See this Comm Center thread.
