Overhaul in many areas. No more registering of Plan Compiler, XML_RTML23 registers fine on 64-bit from the installer. Custom register script is gone.

Not just Win7. All 32- and 64-bit fail to register the Plan compiler. The custom action script that runs regsvr32 results in "scrobj.dll loaded but failed 0x80040005" (approximately). I think this is a permission issue. You can register it later in an Admin-started CMD shell or via right-click register (32-bit only).

Turning into a sweeping change for management of Plan.wsc and XML_RTML23.dll. These two must not overwrite the ones in the ACP install folder (as previous installers did!). Instead, the two components will be sintalled into Planner's folder and only if ACP isn't already installed. Then, for 64 bit, the custom action script to register them for 32-bit on 64-bit systems will be installed and run only if 64 bit and ACP not installed.

Teri Smoot reports that importing plans on Win7/64 fails for Automation Error and "can't create object". See this Comm Center thread.
