Add a new directive to the Plan language to support camera readout modes (if available). Need to figure out all the different modes for the different cameras and find a camera-independent way to express them. Related to ACP-50, readout mode "fast" for pointing updates, as well as ACP-121..

Readout mode control, as well as fast/normal readout for pointing exposures.

Adding fast/normal readout (ACP-50 and ACP-121) for pointing exposures to files posted here.

Now working on integrating with ACP, also ACP-50.

I've posted an add-on kit for this to the Comm Center. This will suffice until I add the directive to the plan language and settings for normal and fast readout to ACP config.
