Check-in comment Moved logic to lower-level CorrectedTelescope object, as this must be done before anything else. GEM:424

Damn, the goofy driver of TRAPPIST's needs to have its EquatorialSystem property read before anything else. I had to move this out of the main telescope connect logic and bury it into the lower-level CorrectedTelescope object.

Check-in comment Honor Telescope.EquatorialSystem property if J2000, and force J2000 mode in ACP. GEM:424

The code for this is already in ACP 5.1 for the "change scope" case, where it copies the scope's reported info to corresponding ACP settings. But it does not read EquatorialSystem again on normal connects. Will add this, and if read it will set the pref checkbox, write to the registry and set the global used for Prefs.DoLocalTopo. If anything but J2000, it leaves the checkbox and the pref alone.

The TRAPPIST scope (Astelco NTM500) driver supplies EquatorialSystem and needs to see that it is read (!!!). This needs to be done whenever the scope connects.  So it must be read on connect and honored regardless of the checkbox setting.
