Description
If the scope crosses the flip point while tracking, the internal ACP pier side estimator reports a pier side change. This should not happen unless the scope is slewed. It must be allowed to track past the flip point, with the dome following for the current pier side. Reported by Josh Walawender, but for AP mount reporting its pier side (with same problem).

Actually an easy fix. The logic already had separate methods for slave-while-tracking and slave-on-slew. For the former, use the current pier side, and for the latter, use the destination pier side (as before for all cases). Tested, working correctly.

Produced a private build 5.1.9 for Josh, and anyone else with this problem.
