Need to rebuild PinPoint for compatibility with new registration engine 2.0. PinPoint is early bound to it!

Turned out to be more complex. PinPoint has to regognize and handle ACP 6 new license format.

Slipstreamed 5.1b (5.0.5) of engine for this, used with ACP 6.
