Description
The Sensor Angle setting in the Rotator Controller is not honored when guiding with an AO. It is honored for non-AO guiding.

Fix in place at Perkins', looks good. Proper bump polarities were picked.

Found on Bill Perkins' system at NMS, which has the guide head mounted upside down. Setting the Sensor Angle to 180 had no effect on the bump polarities!

This is a real bug, the sensor angle was not being added to the guide angle for the AO/OAG case.
