Description
Cannot build the Scheduler.exe engine on Windows 7 x64. The Jet engine is now part of the OS, no longer in MDAC. Problem is, they eliminated the type library, so it cannot be referenced from .NET. It's there in Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System\ado but it can't be added as a ref.

Dammit, Liquid needs to be installed and the latest version is again a "breaking change". I am sick of it!

Just remove (comment out) the compacting code. It was a problem anyway.
