Description 
It's more convenient and easier to develop a separate script for shutdown activities, compared to embedding it into UserActions as is now required. The ACP-Shutdown special script is probably never used as it is implemented now. It would be ideal to be able to re-use that name. Will need customer input before re-designating. Otherwise come up with a new name.

Oh duh, use #chainscript to the shutdown script. Name it whatever you want. Documented this.
