Description 
See this Comm Center thread. I'm guessing that just using the azimuth tolerance as a separate altitude tolerance is OK. This would greatly reduce the frequency of altitude slews.

Oops, if the scope is slewed vertically only (no az change) altitude slaving will fail! This is gonna require a private build for Tzec Maun.
