Description 
Provide a set of standard file name/folder templates for various types of observing. Make a little wizard that selects or configures.

Started with what turned out to be a bad idea (a utility for templates). Ridiculous! Instead, I implemented it as a "Template Generator" page in ACP Help. Much more useful than a few samples, and much simpler. I have posted it on the web and linked from the Comm Center for comments.
