Description 
From Michael Cook on IdeaScale. Add  a directive #alwayssolve which would cause solve attempts for all data images even if the first one failed to solve.






Rob Capon really pleaded for this to be a setting. I finally gave in :-)

  Add Util.Prefs.AlwaysSolveDataImages to the API, in preparation for making this a checkbox option. Add the checkbox to the Preferences dialog, General tab.

Now it is easier to do API changes (ACP 7.1) but I needed to drop this for getting this out!!!
